Working in the industry for the past 15+ yrs. we've found that most computer repair companies want to sell you the world with no regard to whether or not it will fix your problem.
We love the hard to solve computer problems as we believe that it is an important part of becoming excellent technicians and supplying superior service and support.
Integrity comes from good conscious and honest actions. Without that your're just another technical service company trying to take advantage of your customer’s computer illiteracy.

Technical Credentials and History"

1994 - 1996 ITT Technical Institute San Bernardino	Graduated with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronic Engineering.
1996 - 1998 Federal Express	Customer service and technical support for their package tracking systems and AS400 mainframe.
1998 - 2000 Inacom Computer Manufacturing Corp.	Mass production an assembly; troubleshooting and configuration of custom computer systems and servers (i.e. Silicon Graphics, IBM, Compaq, HP, and Sun Microsystems) Installing and configuring custom software an hardware for companies such as Beckman Medical, Lockheed Skunkworks, Wachovia Bank, First Security, IBM, HP, and many others. Obtained several certifications for computer, printer and, server repair and configuration with IBM and Compaq systems.
2000 - 2001 County of San Bernardino Superior Courts	User computer and network support; troubleshooting while working help desk and field service for the entire county superior courts and local detention centers.
2000 - 2003 County of San Bernardino Information Technology Service Department	Provided help desk, field service and support for several county departments. (i.e. Children Service, Aging an Adult Services, Mental Health, West Valley Detention, and County Government Center) Obtained training/certification for Cisco Systems and Microsoft products.
2003 - Present Night Owl PC	Bringing to life computer service that provides what we feel the public needs and not just what corporations tell us what to provide. To this day we provide computer network support for many companies, homes, home business, and small businesses throughout the Hesperia, Victorville, and Apple Valley areas. Continually educating our technicians in the computer and networking field.
